In Spring 2001, Open-i Media strategized, developed and implemented a webcam solution for acclaimed New York Chef Daniel Boulud's restaurant, Daniel. For one year, Daniel's webcam streamed weekly live views onto the events in the Chef's kitchen. Open-i Media trained the Daniel staff to complete self-sufficiency with Real Networks' Real Producer as well as with video and audio techniques.
